Buckle up for the fine print! The complete Raptor Rally Terms & Conditions can be found here. You'll need to acknowledge these before completing registration to ensure everyone understands the rules of engagement for this high-octane event. 

How much does this event cost? 

Basecamp Only is $150. This is a new ticket option this year for Raptor owners who want to take part in the action but can't bring their Raptor to the event. This ticket includes Entry for one person
Basecamp Experience, Workshops, Raptor Jump Watch Zone, Meet & Greets with Pro Drivers & Ford Team, Ride Along Opportunities
Guests 12 and under are free.

General Admission is $500. This includes admission for you, your Raptor, and one guest. Want to bring more friends? Additional tickets for passengers who will ride in your vehicle are $150 each (max two). General admission includes Basecamp Only Plus:

Entry for you and one guest plus your Raptor vehicle, Driving Activities, Entry to Win a Hot Lap with Pro Driver, Exclusive Raptor Rally Swag Bag, Jump Your Raptor Souvenir Photo.

VIP Experience is $1000. Additional tickets for passengers who will ride in your vehicle are $250 each (max two). In addition to everything included in General Admission Plus Sunset Trail Drive & Dinner, Hot Lap with Pro Driver, VIP Hospitality Tent, Premium Raptor Rally Swag Bag, Priority Parking, Priority Workshop Seating, Meet & Greets Early Access, and Fast Pass Check In.

Do you offer a military discount? 
Absolutely! We salute our service members with a $50 discount for active military and veterans. Email our team at RaptorRally@imagination.com for your exclusive discount code before completing registration. Thank you for your service! 

Are meals offered? 
While we're not including meals in the ticket price this year, we do plan to have a wide selection of food trucks onsite. The only meal that is included is the VIP Sunset Trail Drive. You are welcome to bring food onsite. 

Is alcohol permitted at the event? 
No, this event is alcohol-free. 

 
Is registration required to attend? 
Yes! This isn't a show-up-and-join event. Advance registration is required for all attendees and their guests, and you must bring your own truck. No exceptions. We need to ensure proper planning for activities. This event is expected to sell out, so you are encouraged to register today.  

What information is needed to register?  
When you register, you’ll need your driver's license number, VIN, vehicle model and year, and guest name. Payment is due at registration.  

How do I build my custom agenda?

There is no need to build a custom agenda this year! We've made more activities "always-on" meaning you can show up and participate. You’ll be automatically enrolled in all eligible activities and receive a personalized schedule in advance of the event. If needed, you’ll have the flexibility to modify your schedule ahead of time. 

When will I receive the final event documents/program schedule?

You will receive a final confirmation email two days before the event with all the details you need to ensure your trip to Raptor Rally is a success.  

Am I allowed to take photos and videos?  
It’s not only allowed, it’s encouraged. Photography and video recording are allowed throughout the event. However, the use of drones is strictly prohibited. You will also receive a Jump Souvenir Photo. Be sure to use #RaptorRally when you post on social media.  

What payment options are available?  
Payment by credit card only.  

Is travel and lodging included in the registration price? 
No. Raptor Rally participants are responsible for booking and paying for their own accommodations and travel to and from the event. 

Guests 

Can I bring a guest? 
Of course! Raptor adventures are better when shared. Your base registration includes yourself, your vehicle, and one guest. You can buy additional tickets for up to two more guests. Everyone must be registered before the event. Guests must be at least 13 years old. Guests 12 and under are free but can't participate in drive activities. 

Who can drive my Raptor during the event? 
Anyone 18+ with a valid driver's license who is registered for the event can take the wheel. We want everyone to experience the thrill of Raptor Rally, but safety comes first! 

Can my four-legged co-pilot join? 
Please leave your furry friends at home. While we love animals too, the extreme nature of the activities and large crowds means Raptor Rally is for people only. Service animals are allowed.  

Eligibility 

What if I don’t show up in a Raptor? Can I still attend? 
This exclusive event is strictly for Raptor owners – only F-150 Raptor, Bronco Raptor, and Ranger Raptor vehicles will be permitted on the courses and trails. If it doesn't have the Raptor badge, it doesn't get in. 

Do I need to be an expert off-roader to participate? 
Not at all! We welcome Raptor owners of all skill levels. Raptor Rally is designed to help everyone level up their off-road game, whether you're a desert racing veteran or just took delivery of your first Raptor. 

Safety 

What safety protocols are in place? 
Raptor Rally is a high-performance, off-road event. The safety protocols listed below will ensure that participants can enjoy the thrill of Raptor Rally while minimizing risks associated with high-performance off-road driving.

Vehicle Inspections 
Visual inspections will be done prior to high-intensity activities to check tire condition, suspension components, and overall vehicle integrity to ensure safety.  
  
Driver Safety 
- Safety briefings before each drive activity 
- Clear explanation of course features, potential hazards, and proper techniques as well as specific instructions for challenging obstacles or technical sections 
- Trained instructors guiding trails and courses 
- Radio communication network between staff for quick response in case of an emergency 
- Predetermined extraction routes for disabled vehicles 
  
Medical Resources 
- On-site medical team and clearly marked first aid stations 
- Emergency response vehicles with off-road capability 
 
Personal Protective Equipment Requirements 
- Helmets and HANS system will be provided for hot laps and jumping activities 
- Seat belts must be worn at all times when the vehicle is in motion 
- Closed-toe shoes are required for all participants 

Miscellaneous 

My Raptor is modified. Can I still participate? 
We love your passion for personalization! Quick visual vehicle assessments will be done prior to select activities such as jumping and trail drives. Any concerns or scenarios that might lead to damage will be communicated to drivers, enabling you to make informed decisions about your participation. While unlikely, if it is reasonably expected that vehicle damage will occur due to unusual or questionable modifications, participation in that activity may be declined. 

What should I bring to maximize my experience? 
Prepare for your off-road adventure with: 

- Confirmation email (digital or printed) 

- Valid driver's license (required for all drivers) 
- Sun protection (sunglasses, sunscreen, hat) 
- Water bottles and snacks 
- Bug spray 
- Comfortable, long pants and breathable clothing 
- Closed-toe shoes are required (no exceptions) 
- Layered, comfortable clothing for weather changes 
- Camera to capture the action 
- Your best off-road attitude! 

What should I leave behind? 

For safety, leave behind any loose items that could become projectiles during intense off-road maneuvers. Secure all personal items in your vehicle and leave valuables at your home. 

Rescheduling/Cancellation 

What if I need to cancel my Raptor Rally reservation? 

We hope you won't miss out! But if your circumstances change, cancellations more than 60 days before the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations after August 16, 2026 are non-refundable. Email RaptorRally@imagination.com to cancel.  

Can I modify my activity selections or guest information? 

Use the link in your confirmation email to update activity preferences or guest information. 

What happens if Mother Nature doesn’t cooperate? 

October temperatures typically range from the low-70s to up to the 90s, perfect for off-roading. Raptor Rally runs rain or shine, with programming adjustments only in case of severe weather (lightning or heavy storms). Some activities may be modified, but the Rally goes on! 

How can my Raptor club get involved with Raptor Rally and become officially recognized by Ford Performance? 

We’ve hit our club capacity for Raptor Rally 2025, but we’re always looking ahead!
